    off to bed we are

one of the best things that has ever happened this summer is my forced evacuation to my sisters' room because my aircon priveledges has been, well, diminished. bacause of my presence, we now take turns in sleeping the reknowned 'sacrificial bed'. the alias jasmines used in pertaining to the accident-prone folding bed they have set up between their beds for my comfort. it looks very cozy though, complete with my beloved mr. bear, a purple comforter, a mattress, two head pillows and a bolster pillow. deceiving. the lucky sister who's obliged to stay there for the night is advised not to move too much, whether she's conscious or not. inability to conform to such regulation causes an uncomfortable sleeping position, few bruises, or the bed's folding in half.

but aside from that, we're having fun. i guess the best conversations life has to offer are those discussed before dozing off. frequent topics are everything under the sun.

im feeling sticky. it's so hot. everything's sweaty.

i still cant believe i haven't passed ateneo or up and that i will end up in ust. not that ust's bad... i mean, it really could be a lot worse right?

i still dont know if what im doing's right. i dont want to end up being sorry for whatever decisions i've taken without really thinking about it, or in my case, thinking about it so much but not reaching any conclusion or whatsoever. im talking about adevertising arts, mind you.

also im worried and very uncontented. i dont know what my prob is really, but i do wish im richer, prettier, and smarter. i wish im friendlier, nicer, anndd happier. there is no absence in my life, i dont know why im feeling this. haay, i wish i were amanda griffin or lino cayetano or jake versoza or natalie portman or wei hui or just my lolo because he, unlike myself, is very contented with whatever he has.

bloggers and bloggers in a distant

im a freak for having 'blog-hopping' as a vice. i blog-hop too extensively to the point of experiencing 'stalker' tendencies. yes, i've been eyeing a group of friend bloggers who all write so very well. i have this guy favorite, who's just so hilarious, and has just had his very own surprise party (almost similar with my suprise sweet sixteen bash). then his friend who's an aloof texter fighter. and friend. and another. and another. i just cant describe them all lest they might discover that some anonymous stupid fishie's been checking them all out. with that fact, i might ignite their superiority complexes, since i very much find them 'asteeeg' (with no less than three E's).

haay.. am i just such a loser?

    holy holy week... sorry

would it be just immoral to spend the holy week in some posh beach and enjoy the warm rays of the sun and the cool chlorine-nified pool water?

im scared. God might punish us for not spending the time on reflection and praying. when we go to puerto tomorrow, our boat might just 'miraculously' sink and we'll all be floating in the water then sharks will snatch us one by one and i'll see blood all around me. kinda gross, right. ooh, and scary.

and God might punish me for writing this. so far, the computer haven't crashed and electrified me yet. or i might just loose every single skill i've been gifted with or have righteously earned through the tormenting years.

    summer mornings

    on exercising or working out:
if god meant us to reach our toes, he would've put them higher.

i've been so lazy for the past few days. since i left highschool, i felt so free and bored at the same time. but i did become such a bum.

my sleeping hours have been prolonged, alllmoosstt indefinitely. to the point that when i wake up, my whole body aches, almost numb. this was probably how sleeping beauty felt when her actionstar of a prince arrived to sweep her off her dainty, lazy, pale and unpolished feet.

i spend, rather waste, thirty minutes everyday trying to get up to my feet. i just lie there, conscious that i might drown under the sheets, basked under summer sweat, wary that time's ticking and im just staring at my white ceiling (wondering how an ACTUAL footprint found it's way there. joking aside, there really is a dusty grey pair of foot print their!), waking other people up via mobile phone (care of 24/7 Unlimited Sun), waiting for some invisible force to lift me up and do the moving for me. then i get a sudden jolt out of nowhere (finally!) that pulls me to the sink or out the door to start my day.

breakfasts are, as usual, not applicable.

She talked about boys and soirees, and her cute neighbor who rode a skateboard and had shabby hair, and how Daniel Radcliffe would eventually be her first boyfriend. She talked about math and english, and how stupid it all was, and how she wished she were ten years older.

we'll never go be the same age as we are now after. my mom says so too. i could never be a year younger again. no, can't be fifteen again, or nine, or four. i'm still 'young', but one day, i'll grow old, and finally have to deal. as my know-it-all religion teacher always cliche`-ally say 'carpe diem'.

here i go again, stealing adages or mere exerpts from other people's blogs. maybe the world is really that small. maybe, somebody was able to go to my blog through, as i put it, excessive blog-hopping. though i doubt it since aside from a few few few friends i'm not in other peoples' links. but still, perhaps.

    the hamper

i toss my friends down the hamper with the clothes i've worn. they must come back to my closet again, but there is a possiblity that i never find them again or they might end up in my mom's or one of my sisters' closets.

if they do comeback, they'll be cleaner. but they can fade a little or get a little bigger or smaller. some tend to hang weird on the hangers. like any piece of clothing, once their washed up, they're not as new anymore. then they're are those who works like your best pair of jeans or versatile white top or comfy comfy pajamas or a watch you've spent so much on but was worth it, who'll be hanging around for a long time.

they say its stooping so low. i say its the midpoint of getting ready to start anew and brutally leaving everything behind, with no sentimental baggage.

gloomy shadowy and all that fuck

i read in some anonymous blog i reached through extensive blog-hopping today something very breif yet inspiring.

    sad is so passe

how very true. no one likes sad people. the best way to make your life happy aside from doing good deeds (no matter how cliche and equally passe it is), is to surround yourself with cheerful people. influence, i think. the smile-y aura rubs on you and you just cant help but be happy. like when you're almost in a debate with someone (which is happening more often to me), the best way to break the fight before it even starts is crack some light joke. teddy does that a lot. if she does it on purpose or its just her natural cheery reactions, we'll never really know. (because the concept of an actual sobs bonding from now on is merely fictional.

if i could just adapt that kind of 'attitude', i'd be a much better person. i wont get myself in arguments nearly as much as i do at the moment. (e.g fucking bitches much bitchier than motha-fuckah's. mind my manners, michelle p. it so sound like you, doesn't it?) hahaha, i like being immature at times like these. i am liscensed to write that.

anyway, back to my being a peace lover and worthy of UN Teen Ambassador candidacy and celebrity. main point. i hate negative people, though im a little negative myself. but in a bit funnier way. i know a couple of pessimists who just drives me mad. they're the people who takes pleasure in agonizing for their faults and misfits alone. or other matters which needs no agonizing.

    ads and archi trivialities

it's be so cool if i were a nerd.

i have just confirmed my slot in UST's Advertising Art. it didnt't much occur to me that its Fine Arts as a degree i'll be taking. it's kind of like Ads is different from Fine Arts, though relatively true.

i have always seen fine arts as somewhat trivial. like, "what the hell? anyone can fucking pass that" kind of trivial. the doubt of pursuing the course still lingers somewhere in my mind and it bothers me. it's like, i really am choosing architecture over advertising, and im so going to miss everything in architecture.

why am i scared of architecture in the first place? it's probably because i dont want having any sort of help from my parents, because it feels like still living on their allowances, which would be inevitable if i went for archi. im not very bad at math, really, and in archi it's like all covered with math stuff... which is just fine. maybe i was threatened with their future curriculum such as "masonry" and "sanitary plumbing systems" and all that, which i very much find hilarious yet not quite interesting. my folks assure me that it'd be a cinch, like it's just a single petty and easily surpassable obstacle. all that assistance and background would help.

it's just a little much (if not very) higher than advertising and id be adept at both fields and im scared to miss anything. and architecture is one of UST's center of excellence... which is a big thing!

im thinking of the impossible too. what if i just take archi after advertising arts? i did prioritize advertising more than archi, so i should take it first.

    but archi does sound tempting.

i would be such a great evidence for my previously passed thesis on stupid parental influence.

    placido-penitente complex

the world is just so very much unfair. i know for a fact that im definitely not part of the population of the politically aware citizens, more so, im isolated far away from it, but it's just too obvious. watching the news is always so abnormally depressing. it makes me feel so guilty of being lucky. i really cant consider myself as, you know, pitiful (is that right? whatever), i believe that deaths and a little poverty is just part of the world as a whole... verity of the whole yin-yang theory or something i guess, but it's just so pronounced and so everywhere. and im being such a hypocrite, since similar to all the people i know, i dont do enough to help better the philippines (its community and economy), better yet, the planet.

how could it be, though, that we all feel guilty of not helping, yet because of a stupid trend, we still, still, still dont do anything about it. at all. unless, ofcourse, it's, like, a school requirement or something like so.

kinda reminds me of el fili's placido penitente. and i still feel useless. but here i am, just writing it all down but not really doing anything about it.

    warning: do not like me.

after i've written the long and well-prepare reintroduction (see previous post), i will now jot down the reasons why i can very much be the least likeable person in the universe.

i play the role of one of the country's stereotype bitches.

    {filipina bitch - girls who could make a living out of complaining about every little inconvenience, like a security guard who does his job very well of checking every pocket in our bags (bah! as if they exist.), and eyeing anyone who passes them by, judging the person head to toe from hairstyle, fashion-sense, toenails, and manner of walking. mostly found in the nearast mall appreciating "socialite" status by proclaiming self 'in' with a grande chocolate frappe or in my case tall hot cafe mocha. lugging boys around as a symbol one's being "attractive". buying numerous teen magazines. spending on fake coach bags and fake coco channel shades. uses english (with an accent, none the less. obviously untraines or naturally spoken, it doesn't matter. the saleslady knows nothing much.) to make salesladies feel, what's the term, inferior and gain "respect" from them. get the picture? bitch, i tell you.}

im not very good at it, though. i cant find the perfect fake coach bag so i end up occasionally stealing my mom's real one when i go out. i dont buy too much magazines anymore, since i end up being more maluho with each mag. if i am or am not a genuine bitch, you decide.

as ive warned most people in other previous posts, i am C-O-M-P-L-I-C-A-T-E-D. i very much am. im in the pinnacle of being complicated. i am, without further exageration, the principal of all complicated people existing. this might be a product of my inability to learn who i really am. this is surely a product of my inability to decide what i really want. there you have it, indecisive. im one of the people who possibly cant face the consequences of their actions or even the permanent suspense of my risklessness. back to my being complicated. and my mind is a complete mess. so are my emotions. which makes me unstable emotionally and mentally (that sounds so sad, doesn't it? mentally unstable me.)

and i cant stand being reprimanded. ever. whenever anyone does, be it my parents, friends, teachers, boyfriend, or erderly strangers, i would either dash out as fast as i could away and not hear a single word more or i begin to hold a grudge which will stay inside my system for as long as me and the reprimander shall live. maybe because i believe im perfect. im secure of myself. too secure. sometimes, overflows with immature confidence that i make a fool of myself and just "laugh" along with the crowd.

im also, very self-conscious. i need to always be pretty when i go out of the house. otherwise, i'll be in such a bad mood that nothing goes right anymore. i spend so much on makeup and clothes and books and everything. maybe it always comes with being a girl. vanity.

though self-conscious, i am very undemure. i have no finness whatsoever. sometimes i act too rough i turn of all the guys off. action before contemplation. dancing too much, or joking around inhesitantly. oh, and no tact at all. very much no tact at all. everyone knows that. and everyone hates me for that. my mom, teacher, friends, boyfriend, elderly strangers... they all fucking reprimand me for that and remind me to keep my mouth shut if i have nothing good to say anyway, which is so often, but i just cant keep my mouth shut.

and i do nag. i just can go on and on and on and on and on... exactly like what im doing now. which is why sometimes, i think, that maybe the exact reason for my passion of writing. i've got so much to say and not enough acquaintances to bare my every complaint and rantings.

and i can be very mean. especially with my sister. very insensitive and rude and annoying. im sorry for that, i very much am. but i cant help it. i got so used to being mean to her.

and i have a very short temperament. i could just go off in a single moment and explode. and when i do, boy am i foolish! another one of the times when i often make a fool of myself.

im an oc. i want everything to be clean and perfect. if it isn't, i dont want to have anything to do with it anymore.

and i hurt people so easily. virgos have this certain characteristics that we think we are so innocent, that we always are guilt free. we're insensitive and plain stupid. and when those two ever-so-wonderful traits are put together, you often end up hurting people unintentionally. so dont like me at all, everyone. you might just get awfully hurt.

    reintroduction

as an evidence of my attempts in starting a new life, i will now reintroduce myself.

although unsafe (accdg to parent-imposed regulation decree1737829), i will not hesitate in admitting more-than-accurate information about my nonfictional self in this entry.

to begin with, i'm a sixteen-and-a-half-year-old aspiring writer (or call me a writer-wanna-be--poteyto, potahto) who considers this so-called blog as an instrument in bettering my skills (though there are none, really). it is a dream to get published by the time im 17, however impossible that is at the moment.

i'm an incoming college freshman and am very much bothered by the thought of being in the bottom of the food-chain again. the preys of predator bullying.

aside from writing, i feel the almost similar extatic urge in shopping and other fashion-involved activity, e.g. dressing up. (though writing is obviously less pricey.) i'm an impulsive yet wise shopaholic who appreciates tiangges in greenhills and divi, prefer semi-branded clothing stores (f&h, bayo, espirit), loves top-notch of philippine fashion of mango and topshop, and wishes to purchase items from prada, LV and the like one day when im what i aim to be, a successful, highly-paid, street-smart, eloquent, bossy bitch!

i dont watch tv and listen to music as much as typical teenager should. i prefer wasting my time on other things like.... anything else.

if i had been fortunate to sport a statuesque built, i would've defintely tried modeling. dream on, right? haha. but i'd love ramping down the catwalk in flowy threads and etc., with bright-yet-gloomy lighting and techno-aura-ed music and a-little-too-cold-on-my-skin temperature and critics scribbling down their o-so-gravitational 'comments and suggestions' in a pad.

im a hard-core feminist by the way, believing that women should be better appreciated!

i was molded by one of the most satisfactory and bonded barkada in school. (unfortunately, it proved to be not so tight in the end of highschool era.) according to them i am a sensible-joking witty fashionista who speaks up for petty things (human rights, edsa revolution, friendship, family and religous beliefs or disbeliefs) ever so often. they complain, however, of my temperament and my inability to shut my mouth when i ought to. that's what they think, and i bet they stand to be corrected.

my family is composed of: a mom and a dad (who are still so obsessively in love with each other. as if they still are in their courting stage); a sister who loves anime too much which lead to her abnormality of acting and thinking as if she is an anime, too; another sister who is clueless of what is to become of her and would most likely to become the family favorite; and me, the different one who spends and parties too much (that according to their standard of what a normal teenager should be). i'm usually teased as the orphaned one because of being different from them. that hurts most of the time, actually, especially now that i'm thinking about it.

my boyfriend, after a year of complicated courtship, dislikes me for being not-demure-enough but aside from that, he loves me all the same and believe me to be perfect--for him, atleast. and i love you too, sweetie! ;p (yeah, i'm sure you read my blog regularly). my parents are scared of him. fine, not scared. rather, their petrified of him! i wish julia goes out with a gangster anime goth maniac, so that they'll see how very much a nice guy he is... no matter how horny. :* kidding aside, he's nice and loving and is the sweetest thing that has ever happened to me.

the words he'd describe me the best: "complicated". who am i to differ??

the best books i've ever read all my life, aside from three infamous j.k. rowling and dan brown books, are: "Sloppy Firsts" and "Second Helpings" by Megan McCafferty, "Shanghai Baby" by Wei Hui, and "Mirror Mirror" by Gregory Maguire. ooh, i like "Memoirs of The Geisha" too, EVEN BEFORE IT WAS TURNED INTO A MOVIE!

so far, i am not very much enjoying summer, i hate the manner by which i graduated, anf i cant wait to jump into bed with the aircon on full blast and read, or write, or begin another historical sunrise talk.
