the georgia posts:

brief comparison of the ace gang (of georgia books) and the "mean girls" (as how we're called without our consent):

    diferences:
    1. duh. we're not british.
    2. we actually study and do our plates. not that THEY do plates, because, face it, they're in highschool and its so stupid and humiliating to even compare ourselves to them. much so, taking the comparison so seriously that you write it down.
    3. we do not have impromptu meetings, but we would if we can.
    4. we're not slutty enough.

    similarities:

    1. we have names for everything. even the hair growing on our toes. just like the georgia books, you need the gloassary to find out what the hell we're talking about.
    2. we talk about the same thing over and over again: guys mostly.
    3. we're just as stupid as they are. and when the sex god comes (to each one, her own), we're moronic than ever.
    4. we love and bully each other.
    5. makeups.

excerpt from the official georgia nicholson site:

    THE ACE GANG

Georgia — Moi. The pièce de résistance. Bee’s knees etc.

Jas — Supposed best pally. Prone to rambling on. Wears enormous pantaloonies.

Rosie — A Viking bride to be. Known for her beards and eccentric dancing.

Jools — Good in an emergency e.g. usually has secret lippy supply.

Ellen — Ditherqueen of the universe and beyond.

Mabs — Generally all-round good egg. Keen on snogging and snacking.

    Honorary bloke members
Dave the Laugh — famously said he would like to be a girl so he could look at his nunga-nungas all day. Also known as the Hornmeister.

Tom — Brother of the Sex God and Jas’s “boyfriend.” Actually, as boys go, not entirely mad.

Sven — from Reindeer land (possibly). Spectacularly mad e.g. wears flares that have flashing lights down the seams.

    Trainee members
Honor and Soph — coming on nicely. Already involved in the snot disco triumph and the hilarious putting a skeleton dressed as Mr Atwood in his hut.
