imposition of the frugality campaign

frugal is such a disgusting word. it means luxury-less, fashion-less, gimmik-less and fashion-less. however, it is a consequence one like myself would soon succumb to because i have been spending way off my budget (again). this is why, i would like t impose the 'frugality campaign' on myself meaning 1468 hours(technically, 2 months)without any malling and without spending more than 80php on weekdays and 250php on weekends. tough, huh? more of macabre and no, the word isnt too strong.

    THE REASONS BEHIND THIS CAMPAIGN

    #1 senior-ity
our beloved school is doing their utmost best to imbibe on us, the worthy senior students of two-thousand-and-six, this so called 'spiritual gift' known as maturity. maturity.. bah! it's a sneaky way to get us because we've been notorious this year. tormenting our innocent toes. and btw my shoes, err.. stilletos are pointed and more than two-inches high, not that it's any different from anybody elses. but the conformity does not decrease the torture. got my first black shoe though, a really catchy-looking pair of pumps.

#2 lusting for the infamous starbucks planner
the pages our smooth and mocha-tinted. the binding is firm. the cover is thick and chocolate-brown. the layout is perfect for my passion for peronal yet scholastic-like complaining. i have been consuming extremely excessive amount of caffeine for the past week, and im desperate to stamp all 21 slots of my coupon. not only have i been buying drinks from myself, ive been treating my sisters (both of whom are too young to drink coffee fyi) to really bitter tasting drinks which i have no choice to buy since they are the 'holiday favorites'. i've been enduring the bitterness myself. yes, all this torture to suffice my fucking need to write. waaah.. it's so pretty e.

the most tolerable holiday drink: tall decaf non-fat hot tofeenut latte with extra whip cream. add lots of creamer and brown sugar

    #3 my quest to nerdom
im a poser. i can go through out the year adapting different styles and manners as long as i think it's rather 'me' like and as long as it looks acceptable (erm..magnificent!) on me. and im nerd enough to apply a nerdy-yet-rugged-yet-careless-yet-clean appeal on my wardrobe selection. and well, as we all may know, almost all of the attempts to 'redo' the closet is never with any relation to frugality.

an extremely nerdy reading glasses does the trick. a messy hairstyle. jeans, cargos, or earthtone almost tweed bottom. collared top

please support this campaign and just intentionally not let me be in the know instead of having me well-informed and having the green-eyed monster in me emerge. this campaign (along with reason #3) has just jeopardized my social-life.
